ADEVI™ ( “We”, “us” or “our”) is well aware of how information about you is used and shared and committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by ADEVI™ when you use the ADEVI™ sites and using ADEVI™ Editor, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of the information. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our sites, which includes www.adevi.io, www.adevi.info , and all associated sub-domain, also referred to as “Site”, “Sites”. ADEVI™ will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. 

Information We Collect

Automatically collected non-personal information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers’ utilised and other similar information.

Personal details 

We may collect personal data from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, register on the sites, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may visit our Sites anonymously. We will collect personal information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal data, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain ADEVI™ Site related activities.

User-Provided Information: 

When you register as a user of our ADEVI™ Editor Site, we ask certain personal details about you in-order for us to create and activate the account – your name and email address.

Registered Users may always go to the “Profile Settings” section of the ADEVI™ (https://adevi.info/profile) to update, change, or remove their information.

We do not collect or use Users personal data, except to provide customer support, respond to direct requests, or as automatically collected through technical means as set forth below, however, in order to carry out operations to purchase our subscription plans and subscription options for using ADEVI™ Editor, you must be our registered end user, who has provided payment information about yourself to our third-party payment system.

Operators that provide services for ADEVI™ that are necessary for high-quality user service (for example, operators of payment systems or data hosting systems, but not limited to them) may collect user data on their websites and in the corresponding applications. This data may include personal data, published on ADEVI™. ADEVI™ does not control the use of this data by third parties, is not responsible for their use and refuses to recognize any losses that may arise from users in connection with this. 

By providing personal information to us and other personally identifiable information (all referred to as “Personal Information”) if you register for a User account with the Service (including by “following,” “liking,” adding the ADEVI™ application, linking your account to the service, etc., on a third party website or network) and by retaining us to provide you with the Services, you voluntarily consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such personal information as specified in this Privacy Policy. The legal bases for our processing of personal information are primarily that the processing is necessary for providing the Services and that the processing is carried out in our legitimate interests, which are further explained below. Without limiting the foregoing, we may on occasion ask you to consent when we collect, use, or disclose your personal information in specific circumstances.

Data collected via cookies & other technologies: When you visit our site and service, we use cookies and related technologies to identify your browser. Please see further for Information About Our Use of Cookies & Similar Technologies.

Mobile Devices. We may also collect non-personal data from your mobile device if you access the ADEVI™ sites from your mobile device. This information is generally used to help us deliver the most relevant offers to you. In case that our website and / or applications will not load or will not work correctly on your device, we may receive information about your mobile device model software version and device carrier, which allows us to identify and fix bugs and otherwise improve the performance of the service. This information is sent to us as aggregated information and cannot be used to identify an individual.

Log Files: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. For more detailed information, please refer to the documentation of your browser.

Social network/platform integration: The Service may be integrated with social media networks and other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram) whereby information may be shared between us and those platforms.

Our Confidentiality Obligations

In accordance with the terms of this policy, all other information, except the one mentioned above, which is uploaded by the user to our sites, processed in ADEVI™ Editor, stored for temporary storage in the form of projects from third parties (external servers), as well as downloaded by the user from the sites, is considered confidential.

Confidentiality of information means that we cannot use this user information in any way and provide access to it to third parties without the written consent of the User and signing a separate agreement with ADEVI Pty Ltd on this topic.

However, we have the right to monitor the users’ content and may delete it if it does not meet the requirements for such content (for example, without limiting what is said below, it will contain scenes of violence, humiliation and attempts on personal freedom, racial discrimination, pornography, calls for terrorist activities and any violation of existing laws, etc.). We will notify the user about this step and offer to remove the suspicious content ourselves within 24 hours from the moment it is detected by us. If the user does not take steps to delete such content independently, it will be deleted by us independently.

By continuing using the ADEVI™ Sites, you agree to this rule. 

How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Information you submit to maintain, operate, and provide to you the features and functionality of the ADEVI™ Sites. We use your information in order to (a) provide you with the Service under our agreement with you and (b) where we have a legitimate interest in doing so to optimize the Service we offer and to let you know about our other products, services and promotions.

By providing us with your email address (which includes, but is not limited to linking your account to the ADEVI™ services on or through a third party website or network, you acknowledge we may use the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. 

You also acknowledge that we may send you notifications of activity on the Service to the email address you give us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the Service, or special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your account settings page. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. You may not opt out of Service-related emails.

Rights to Your Information

You have the right to access and edit your information at any time through the web interface provided as part of the services during your subscription period. On the subject of proof of identity, you may access the personal information that we hold, used or communicated and ask that any necessary corrections be made, where applicable, as authorized or required by law. However, to make sure that the personal information we maintain about you is accurate and up to date, please inform us immediately of any change in your personal information by mail or e-mail.
